Returns & Exchange Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We believe you should experience a risk-free product trial, so we give you 30-days to confirm the reliable quality of our products! During this time, you could return the product without any paying extra fee if there is a manufacturing defect in it. Please rest assured that the returns are free and easy if there is a manufacturing defect. Otherwise, it would be the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping fee. Products on sale are also returnable if it is confirmed to be defective! 

How the Return and Exchange Process Work?

If the product is defective, please email support@lahomawinds.com within 30-days of receipt. We will help you to either return or exchange your product. Your original form of payment will be refunded in full once the full return is complete. After 30-days orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer. (If your "after 30-days order" is under warranty, we would arrange to resend a new replacement for free if the shredder is defective.) Additional return details are listed below.

After 60-days the purchase from Lahomawinds is non-refundable.

How Soon Will I Get My Refund?

For return within 30-day trial, we will issue a full refund within 2 business days once the return process is completed.

Can I Return My Lahomawinds Product After 30-Day Trial?

We’re sorry to hear you want to return your Lahomawinds product. For a return after the 30-day trial, please email support@lahomawinds.com between 31 and 60-days of receipt to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Return after 30-day trial or not because of the manufacturing defects will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

Our customer support team will help arrange your return and the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund once the return is received an processed. If you choose not to use these services, you are responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. To ensure proper credit, packages should be clearly marked with the RMA number prior to returning to Lahomawinds. If you return product without an RMA number, your shipment will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

1-Year Warranty Policy

We have provided a straightforward and honest warranty procedure in order to ensure that the owners of  Lahomawinds products have an enjoyable and long-term experience.

During the 3-month period, Lahomawinds has a international manufacturer’s warranty on workmanship. We will repair any manufacturing faults free of charge within the guarantee period, with the only exceptions of the “Not Covered Warranties” list below. Beyond the 3-month period, we offer paid after-sales repairs. Of course, you can also enjoy hassle-free repairs at a 50% discount or less.

 

Not Covered Warranties:

  • Damage caused by anything other than defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Use in commercial, rental, teaching or instructional programs or activities.
  • Damage caused by extended or excessive exposure to sunlight, improper handling or storage, or failure to follow instructions provided with this product.
  • This product when classified as being 2nd hand or it is being sold as a 2nd (it is being sold as a product with existing defects).
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches and fading.
  • Products repaired by another repair service.

For warranty returns: Please take your product, clean and dry into the store where you purchased from, along with your receipt or proof of purchase. Your retailer will assess the product and arrange the return to our head office in China.

Note: Lahomawinds is not responsible for inherent risks/dangers and hazards involved with the use of our products.
